I suggest you look on petfinder.com. Or, look in the animal shelter. Ask if there are any dogs available within a weight range and they may have exactly what you are looking for. But do NOT buy from someone selling a dog. They are irresponsible breeders breeding sick dogs for the purpose of money.
I too have been trying to eat more raw food. It seems like the more you "do" to a food, the less healthy it becomes. I recently picked up a raw "cookbook" that had all of these elaborate recipes, and it kind of turned me off to raw food.
But once I realized that I could just eat some bananas, or a salad, or some cherries, it made me realize that raw could actually be the easiest diet ever! not totally vegan or totally raw yet, but every day I get closer.

I am willing to bet that she is not a vegan because she is overweight. I know many vegans and none of them ever seem to be over weight. The reason I bring this up is because her meat and dairy consumption does more damage to the ecosystem then your truck ever could. not telling anyone to go vegan but this fat lady should eating more Eco-friendly food instead of bitching about trucks.
